The dead pine may be removed by flush cutting, with the stump to remain.
Replacement is required with a 1" caliper tree or 3-4 shrubs, from the approved plant list. These
need to be planted within 35' of the edge of the pond. Debris to be removed offsite. No machines
are allowed within 10 feet of the pond edge. Any disturbance to the surrounding area may
require restoration. Approved 5/29/2025
