location, 84 Mayflower Terrace S Yarmouth MA. Proposal includes all
materials & labor for the following:
1. PM will secure a permit for the project.
2. PM will remove all existing cedar shingles & trim
3. PM will repair any rot and notify owner of cost repair.
4. PM will Typar entire exterior surface.
5. PM will replace all exterior trim with Certain Teed PVC trim materials.
6. PM will install Certain Teed, Saw Mill T- 5 PVC sidewall materials.
7. PM will remove all demo materials and keep the site clean and safe.
