The walkways, stairs, and railings have been recently repaired. The walkways, stairs, and railings are in good condition and well-constructed. The walkways/stairs/landing/railing (fire escape) are well designed. It is my opinion that these access/egress (fire escape)stairs and railings are sound and more than adequate to support the loads required by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Building Code 780 CMR 10th Edition in effect for fire escapes/access/egress stair systems.
