Town of Yarmouth Building Commissioner,
This letter is written in support of our tenant Holly Lemieux and the Ritual Shop at 23L White's Path, in
the complex known as Union Station Plaza to acquire permission and permitting from the Town of
Yarmouth Massachusetts for an event located at the plaza on December 8th 2024 from 10am to 4pm.
As the Owner of the complex,we have agreed to allow this event to take place and give permission to
Ms. Lemieux to represent herself, her business and the plaza location at the next meeting with the
Commissioner. Anything required by the Town of Yarmouth for this event will be the responsibility of
the tenant regarding permits, public safety and notice.
If there is any information needed from the ownership that we can provide to the Building
Commissioner in order to get approval and permits for this event, please reach out to our office at 508-
