GRANT TO Dennis L. Mason and Deborah A. Mason, Trustees of the "D & D Realty Trust' -
under Declaration of Trust dated May 9, 2016, an Abstract of which, is recorded herewith,
With QUITCLAIM COVENANTS
The land in Yarmouth (Port), Barnstable County, Massachusetts, together with any buildings
thereon, being Unregistered Land, as shown on the hereinafter mentioned plans, bounded and
described as follows:
Being shown as LOT 25 on a plan of land entitled, "Subdivision Plan of Land in Yarmouth,
Mass. for Merchant and Cassidy of Yarmouth, Inc." dated March 11, 1966, Scale I" = 60', drawn
by S.R. Sweetser, Engineer, Dennisport, Mass.". which said plan is recorded at the Barnstable
County Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 203, Page 111.
NORTHEASTERLY by Bray Farm Road, a Private Way, with a minimum width of forty (40)
feet, as shown on the hereinafter mentioned plan, seventy eight and 27/100 (78.27) feet;

EASTERLY by the intersection of said Bray Farm Road and Embassy Lane, a forty
(40) foot wide Private Way, as shown on said plan, an are distance of sixty one and 33/100
(61.33) feet;
SOUTHEASTERLY by the said Embassy Lane, as shown on said plan, ninety five and 16/100
(95.16) feet;
SOUTHWESTERLY by Lot 26, as shown on said plan, one hundred twenty and 00/100 (120.00)
feet; and
NORTHWESTERLY by Lot 24, as shown on said plan, one hundred twenty-five and 59/100
(125.59) feet.
Subject to and with the benefit of any and all rights, rights of way, reservations, easements and
restrictions or other conditions of record insofar as the same may now be in force and applicable.

Grantors release any and all homestead rights to the within premises, whether created by
declaration or operation of law, and further states under the pains and penalties of perjury that
there are no other individuals entitled homestead rights to the property being conveyed herein.
