Halcyon 8B. Was given permission by the owner
to conduct the inspection via lockbox. Unit was
unoccupied at time of inspection. Overall, home
was found neat, clean and organized. Items
identified during the inspection should be
addressed prior to rental of the property. Please
see below.

have water intrusion and are starting to rot, that
needs to be repaired and resealed to avoid further
water damage (see photos) (C) Facilities required
by 105 CMR 410.110 shall have smooth and
impervious surfaces and be free from defects
which make them difficult to keep clean or create
a risk of injury.
