OLD KING'S HIGHWAY HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMITTEE
Notice is hereby given that on Monday, June 9, 2025 the following applications for Certificates of Appropriateness pursuant
to Section 9 of Chapter 470 of the Acts of 1973, as amended, will be heard in the order listed below beginning at 7:15pm
at Town Hall at 1146 Route 28 in South Yarmouth, MA 02664 in the Select Board's Hearing Room.
Specific information for remote participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to
attend this meeting shall be provided on the Notice of Meeting to be published on the town's website at least 48 hours prior
to the meeting. Application materials are currently available through the Online Services/Town Record Search service on
the town's website at: https:lllfyarmouth.ma.usfWebLink/Browse_asox?id=904379&repo=LASERFICHE .
It is recommended that all participants access and review application materials in advance of the meeting.

1. 25-AO70 Marcia Russell (Owner) and Sunrun Installation Services (Agent): To install 9 solar panels on
the front roof at 196 Setucket Road
2. 25-AO71 Karen Lane (Owner) and Sunrun Installation Services (Agent): To install 29 solar panels on the
front and rear roofs at 979 Route 6A
3. 25-AO72 Leandro Da Rocha (Owner) and Sunrun Installation Services (Agent): To install 22 solar panels
on the rear roof at 27 West Great Western Road
4. 25-DO04 James and Annette Ball (Owners): To remove an arbor and trellis at 43 Summer Street
5. 25-AO73 James and Annette Ball (Owners): To install gutters and downspouts and a fence at 43 Summer
Street
6. 25-AO74 Leonard and Patricia Curran (Owners): To paint front and side doors at 147 White Rock Road
7. 25-AO75 Mark Nutter (Owner) and Sunrun Installation Services (Agent): To install 21 solar panels on the
front and rear roofs at 102 Starbuck Lane
