In May 20225 the Commission issued an Order of Conditions for a proposed pool and patio at the above referenced site. Site visits were made in Spring 2025. Photographs representative of the site are attached. The work was found to be in general conformance with the approved plans with only minor deviations. A small walkway of patio stones set in grass was added aJong the pathway to the pier. The proposed stairway from the upper deck down to the patio was not constructed. The total amount of existing patio matches what was approved and the mitigation plantings area is in excess of 1,600 s.f. as shown on the as - built plan. This is to certify, to the best of my knowledge and belief, that the work was performed in substantial compliance with the approved plan and Order of Conditions.
