I am reaching out regarding the required rental inspection for your property at 303 & 305 Camp Street.
According to our records, this property needs a periodic housing inspection under Chapter 108 of the
Occupancy of Buildings Bylaw before the 2025 rental certificate can be issued.
I have attempted to contact you previously but have not yet received a response. Please note that
operating without a valid rental certificate can result in fines or other enforcement actions.
