The site was inspected on June 17, 2025 for conformance with the Order and approved plan. The construction, which is shown as asbuilt on the Site Plan Showing Proposed Pool, dated January 7, 2 00 5, was done as proposed and approved, with a de minimis deviation. Both rear decks were measured onsite, confirmed to be constructed as proposed: 25' X 16" at the SE building corner, and 14' X 4' in front of the pool. The only minor deviation occurs at approximately 80 feet from the edge of the bordering vegetated wetland, where a bump -out window was built (as shown on the 2005 pool plan). AC units are located greater than 50 feet from the wetlands edge, up against the house and under the elevated deck. As the project is in substantial compliance with the Order of Conditions and approved plan, the Applicant requests that a Certificate of Compliance be issued.
