The grantors hereby certify: That they are the current trustees of the Farnham Realty Trust ("the Trust") under Declaration of Trust dated March 20, 2007; That the Trust has not been altered, amended, or revoked and remains in full force and effect; That they, as trustees, have the authority to act with respect to the real estate owned by the Trust, including the power to convey real estate owned by the trust; That beneficiaries of the Trust who are all of full age and competent have authorized the Trustees to execute and deliver a quitclaim deed for the property located at 40 Lorena Road, South Yarmouth, MA, ("the property"), to Marilyn Brown and Frank Southworth for consideration of Three Hundred and Five Thousand ($305,000.00) Dollars and to execute and deliver any and all other documents necessary in connection with the conveyance of the property.
