Overall Result: Pass
Overall Remarks:
Met with long-term tenant Silvia, who has resided
in the unit for six years, to conduct the inspection.
Overall, the unit was found to be neat, clean, and
organized, though somewhat cluttered with
personal belongings. Smoke/Co covering the
bedrooms was inoperable. Shanice, the property
manager sent me a photo of replacement.
In the shared hallway that connects both units
and provides access to the deck and basement, I
observed the following issues: an expired
smoke/CO detector, a broken light fixture, and
peeling ceiling paint. These conditions were also
documented in the inspection report for 5
Cheshire Road. The smoke/CO detector should
be replaced, the ceiling painted, and the light
fixture repaired. Photos of these issues were
taken for documentation.
Please see below for additional findings specific
to Unit 7.

clean, create an injury risk, or provide an entry or
harborage for pests. (B) In the event of leaks and
flooding, the owner shall ensure all surfaces have
been dried within 48 hours from the time they are
notified or the end of the event, whichever is
sooner.
