COMMISSION
The Yarmouth Conservation
Commission will conduct
public hearings pursuant to
the Massachusetts Wetland
Act., M.G.L. Chapter 131.,
Section 40., and the Town of
Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw.,
Chapter 143; and the Town of
Yarmouth Stormwater
Management Bylaw., Chapter
145 on July 3., 2025, beginning
at 5 p.m. for the following
matters:
Stormwater Permit App Li -
cation
Ekaterina & Family., LLC,,
1272., 1276., and 1282 Route 28.
Proposed raze and replace of
gas station with canopy.,
convenience store, and resi-
dential buildings including
new septic.
Notice of Intent
Michael Jones., Cape Cod
Hospital., 0 Rosetta Street.
Proposed mechanical and
chemical invasive species
management in an aban-
doned cranberry bog within
salt marsh., BVW., coastal
and inland banks., their
buffer zones., land subiect to
coastal storm flowage., and
the riverfront area.
Town of Yarmouth., Packet
Landing., 1377 Bridge Street.
Proposed elevation and
reconstruction of timber
wharf., sheet pile bulkhead.,
and paved parking lot with
drainage improvements for
coastal resilience in the
riverf ront area., coastal
bank., LSCSF., land under the
ocean., and the buffer zone to
a coastal bank.
The meeting will be held at
Yarmouth Town Hall., 1146
Route 28., South Yarmouth.,
MA. More information can
