You or your agents have violated the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, G.L. c.131 §40 and its
regulations at 310 CMR 10.00 and the Town of Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw, Chapter 143 and its
regulations and were issued an Enforcement Order on 10/11/2023. The following requirements have
not been met and are subject to daily fines under the Bylaw until compliance is reached:
• Provide a revised plan showing 2:1 mitigation for the 662 sf patio and shower due 1/31/2023
• Planting due 5/31/2023
Failure to resolve these issues is subject to additional enforcement action.
