Division
At the Planning Board meeting of June 25, 2025, members voted to endorse ANR Plan
No. 1977A for 116 North Main Street (owned by Darlene & Dimitrios Missios) & 118
North Main Street (owned by Susan Johnston), South Yarmouth, Assessor's Map 70,
Parcels 45 and 44. The ANR Plan adjusts the lot line for an equivalent land swap to
address an issue of the house at 116 North Main Street being constructed over the
southerly property line of 118 North Main Street. Both lots have received the appropriate
relief from the Zoning Board of Appeals via Decisions 5156 & 5157.
The ANR Plan is entitled, "Approval Not Required Plan of Land 116 & 118 North Main
Street in South Yarmouth Massachusetts". The Plan was prepared by Kieran Healy,
PLS of BSC Group, and is dated and stamped June 12, 2025.
This application was received in your office on June 16, 2025.
