Dear Mr. Lord,
I was at your property to conduct an electrical inspection, on 6-26-25, for the replacement
distribution panel and exterior work. All of the new work that was done was done properly
and passed the inspection.
While at the property I observed several unsafe and improper wiring conditions that per the
Massachusetts Electrical Code 527 CMR 12.00 (Rule #4) I must bring to your attention.
They are as follows:
1) Unsafe & improper wiring to exterior receptacle that the swimming pool is connected
to. (Violations of Articles 680 & Article 210).
2) Unsafe & improper wiring to the heat pumps (2 units) (Violations of Articles 210-63,
334-12, 334-15C, and 430-102B1)
3) Unsafe & improper wiring conditions within the basement area (Violations of Articles
334-15C,314-28, & 210-12.)
