PETITION# 5183: 50 Powers Lane, West Yarmouth
At its April 3"j, 2025, meeting the Conservation Commission heard a Notice of Intent for
the proposed elevation of a foundation and addition with patio and retaining wall in
LSCSF and the buffer zone to coastal dune. The commission issued an Order of
Conditions SE83-2472. The approved plan set, Tseng Family Beach Home Renovation,
was last revised on April 9th, 2025.
