parcel is conveyed subject to rights of way granted by Samuel D. Hannah, Trustee,
to Junia H. Curtin by deed recorded with Barnstable County Deeds, hook 467, Page
120. For a further and more particular deaoription of the granted parcels see
plans recorded in Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, Plan Book 1, Page 51;
Plan Book 1, Page 36; Plan Book 6, Page 101; Plan Book 44, Page 37. The granted
premises contain an area of 38 acres, more or leas. This mortgage is upon the
statutory oondition. for any breach of which the mortgagee shall have the

bAnd now come the County Commissioners and amend their final deoree heretofore
filed on the twenty-first day of December, A.D. 1932, relative to the location
of a new road leading from County Road in Monument Beach near its junction with
M• Beach Street, in an easterly direction to join new road under construction which

leads from Bourne Village south toward Falmouth. On Page 4 of said Decree the
award made to James F. and Mabel A. Peebles, under Paroel 2, is hereby increased
from Sixteen (16) 'Dollars to Seventy-five (75) Dollars, so as to read, as follows:-

On Page 4 of the Deoree the total amount of all awards shall be changed from
