Me parcel is conveyed together with a right of way out to the Brewster-Harwioh county road over the Crosby's Nook Road south- westerly; thence over the road and right of way described in Book 306, Pages 113 and 117, and in Book 303, Page 465, of the Registry of Deeds for said Barnstable County, said road leading around the north side of Black Pond. This parcel is conveyed subject to rights of way granted by Samuel D. Hannah, Trustee, to Junia H. Curtin by deed recorded with Barnstable County Deeds, hook 467, Page 120.
