Dear Commissioners;
Enclosed please find supplemental information with respect to a Request for a Certificate of Compliance
at the above referenced address.
A sketch plan is attached showing the location of three wooden platforms that were constructed within
the footprint of the proposed dwelling. The platform locations were staked in the field by our office prior
to their construction. Two of the platforms are outside of the buffer zone. A third platform was
constructed just within the outer limit of the 100 foot buffer zone; this platform has been taken down and
removed.
A photograph of a remaining platform is included for informational purposes. A second photograph
shows the approximate location of the platform that has been removed.
