Grant to JOE LIU and KAREN HUANG-LIU, Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entirety of
78 Indian Memorial Drive, South Yarmouth, MA 02664
With Quitclaim Covenants
the land together with the buildings thereon, situated in Yarmouth (South), Barnstable County,
Massachusetts, bounded and described as follows:
NORTHWESTERLY by Indian Memorial Drive, eighty and 50/100 (80.50) feet;
NORTHEASTERLY by land now or formerly of Henry A. Wing, one hundred
twenty-four and 38/100 (124.38) feet;
SOUTHEASTERLY by Lot 51, as shown on a plan hereinafter mentioned, eighty
and 26/100 (80.26) feet;
SOUTHWESTERLY by Lot 50, as shown on said plan, one hundred twenty-seven
and 22/100 (127.22) feet.
Being shown as LOT 62 on a plan entitled "Plan of Pawkunnawkut Village, South
Yarmouth, Mass., near Nantucket Sound and Bass River", dated September 15, 1947, by
Benjamin P. Chase and Associates, duly filed in Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, in Plan
Book 80, Page 21.
There is granted as appurtenant to the above -described premises a right of way in
common with all other persons lawfully entitled thereto over all of the streets and ways shown on
the above -entitled plan.
Subject to a Mortgage given to Option One Mortgage Corporation recorded with
Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Book 17683, Page 277, which the Grantees hereby
assume and agree to pay.
For my title, see deed from Charles F. Lincoln and Marie A. Lincoln to me dated
August 21, 2002, and recorded with Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Book 15497, Page
19.
