Over the past two years, the Yarmouth Board of Health has strived to work cooperatively with you tosecure a cunplete application for a Stable Permit at your property located at 414 Route Oe, yarmouth

As a rcsult of your continued inaction on this matter and lack of compliance with town's StabreRegulationo, the Board voted unanimously to deny your stable application as submitted and enforce theregulations of Chapter 202 ofthe Town Code (Stabie Regulations).
