Rental Inspection
Overall Result: Pass
Overall Remarks:
#20 Met with tenant Marco, an eight-year
resident, to conduct the inspection. The interior of
the unit overall was good. The rear yard contained
accumulated items from both tenants; I reminded
Marco to limit clutter to avoid attracting rodents.
Marco expressed concern about the abandoned
house behind his unit, which is owned by the
same landlord. The house appeared securely
boarded up, although the roof condition seemed
questionable. Marco noted he has not observed
any activity or pests from that property.
