In August 2020, the Commission issued an Order of Conditions for a proposed boat lift modification to the existing pier at the above referenced site. Site visits were made in Spring 2025. Photographs representative of the site are attached. The work was found to be in general conformance with the approved plans with only minor deviations. The existing steps up to the pier were found to be replaced with a ramp. All other aspects of the project were found to match proposed plans. This is to certify, to the best of my knowledge and belief, that the work was performed in substantial compliance with the approved plan and Order of Conditions.
