Kellett to conduct the inspection via lock box. The
unit is currently unoccupied. The unit has been
freshly painted and is very clean. A few minor
items were identified and documented with
photos, which were sent to Trevor to initiate a
work order. These items do not impact
occupancy. Please see details below under
