Dear Mr. Lewis:
On behalf of our client, J DB 212 Mid-Tech Drive LLC, on April 30, 2025, my office inspected the
installatlon of the new septic system in front of the new contractor bay building, a nd found the
installation to be in substantial compliance with the approved plan entitled Site Redevelopment - Utilities
Plan, revised 8/77/2023, and in compliance with the provislons of 310 CMR 15.00.
The as-built sketch by the contractor, attached here, shows the new 2500-Ballon 2-compartment septic
tank, d-box, and 65.5'l x 12.83'W leaching chamber covers.
