OLD KING'S HIGHWAY HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMITTEE
Notice is hereby given that on Monday, July 14, 2025 the following applications for Certificates of Appropriateness pursuant
to Section 9 of Chapter 470 of the Acts of 1973, as amended, will be heard in the order listed below beginning at 7:15pm
at Town Hall at 1146 Route 28 in South Yarmouth, MA 02664 in the Select Board's Hearing Room.
Specific information for remote participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to
attend this meeting shall be provided on the Notice of Meeting to be published on the town's website at least 48 hours prior
to the meeting. Application materials are currently available through the Online Services/Town Record Search service on
the town's website at: httRs://If.yarmouth.ma.us/WebLink/Browse.asox?id=904379&reoo=LASERFICHE .
It is recommended that all participants access and review application materials in advance of the meeting_

1. 25-AO87 Narval Marks (Owner) and Sunrun Installation Services (Agent): To install 38 solar panels on
the front, side, and rear roofs at 138 Setucket Road
2. 25-AO88 Eileen Powers (Owner) and Roofing and Siding of Cape Cod and Boston (Agent): To replace
front siding at 385 Weir Road
3. 25-AO90 Brian Harty (Owner) and Pine Harbor Pine Products (Agent): To install a shed at 14 Hillsea
Road
4. 25-AO91 Wayne and Karen Roberts (Owners) and Cape Property Pros (Agent): To install new siding,
roof, trim, gutters, and skylights and replace windows, a slider, and the front door at 42 Mill Lane
5. 25-AO92 Jeff Humber and Barbara Saxton (Owners) and Reeds Ferry Sheds (Agent): To install a shed
at 117 Nottingham Drive
6. 25-AO93 Stephanie Levandoski (Owner) and Stewart Painting (Agent): To paint front and back doors at

11.25-AO98 Kevin Quinlivan (Owner) and PLJ Carpentry Inc. (Agent): To replace and expand deck at 1
