Dear Mr. Burkard,
This notice is regarding your rental property located at 208 A & B Cranberry Lane. Our records indicate
that this property requires a periodic housing inspection under Chapter 108 of the Occupancy of
Buildings Bylaw before a 2025 rental certificate can be issued.
Despite multiple attempts to reach you via phone and email, we have been unable to contact you to
schedule the necessary inspections. Please be advised that operating a rental property without a valid
rental certificate is a violation of town regulations and can result in significant penalties, including fines
and potential legal action.
To avoid these consequences and ensure compliance, we urge you to contact our office immediately to
arrange an inspection. The deadline for obtaining the 2025 rental certificate is rapidly approaching, and
