PETITION# 5184: 6 Pleasant Street, South Yarmouth
At its July 3rd hearing, the Conservation Commission heard a Notice of Intent for the
proposed elevation and reconstruction of timber wharf, sheet pile bulkhead, and paved
parking lot with drainage improvements for coastal resilience in the riverfront area,
coastal bank, LSCSF, land under the ocean, and the buffer zone to a coastal bank. The
commission voted 6-0 approving a motion to issue an Order of Conditions including
special conditions including monitoring and DMF comments. The approved plan set,
Yarmouth, Massachusetts, Packet Landing Marina Resiliency, was last revised on June
18, 2025.
