Soil Map unit Name: cdD: Carvercoarse an NWI or DEP Classification: DEP: open Water
Are climatic/hydrologic conditions on the site typical for this time of year? Yes=✓ No =(If no, explain in Remarks)
Are Vegetation F, Soil = , or Hydrology n significantly disturbed? (If yes, explain in Remarks)
Are Vegetation 0 , Soil 0 , or Hydrology 0 naturally problematic? (If yes, explain in Remarks)

Wetland vegetation criterion met?
Hydric Soils criterion met?
Wetlands hydrology present?
is the Sampled Area YesO No
within a Wetland?
Remarks, Photo Details, Flagging, etc.:
Vegetation, Soil and Hydrology not found to be disturbed. Sometimes Carver soils can be difficult to
read for Hydric Soil Indicators. Refer to site plan for wetland flag locations & sampling areas.

Remarks (describe recorded data from
stream gauge, monitoring well, aerial photos,
previous inspections, if available):
Sample point on the upland side
of the BVW, and no water or saturation was found within 16" of the
mineral soil surface, in Soil Observation
Pit (SOP 2). Obvious open water in Elishas Pond less than 15
feet away.
This form is only for BVW delineations. Other wetland resource areas may be present and should be delineated according
to the applicable regulatory provisions.
