RE: Subsurface Sewage Disposal System Inspection Report, 44 Clover Road, West Yarmouth
Dear Ms. Colson:
This department is in receipt of a subsurface sewage disposal system inspection report regarding the above referenced address that was performed by Mark White of Neighborhood Wastewater
on November 8, 2012 and received in this office on November 13, 2012.
Although the septic system was passed by the inspector, while reviewing the report it was noticed that on page 8 he had checked off yes to the question if the residence has a garbage
disposal. The septic design plan that was approved in 2009 does not provide for the use of a garbage disposal as there is not enough leaching capacity. Therefore, in order for the
inspection report to considered a passed report and to be used for purposes of real estate transfer, the disposal must be removed and evidence of its removal must be provided to this
office.
