COMMISSION
The Yarmouth Conservation
Commission will conduct
public hearings pursuant to
the Massachusetts Wetland
Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131,
Section 40, and the Town of
Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw,
Chapter 143; on July 17,
2025, beginning at 5 p.m.
for the following matters:
Request for Determination
of Applicability
Stacy Valluzzo, 25 Deerfield
Road. Proposed wood deck
and attached gazebo on
concrete piles in LSCSF.
Cynthia Richards (GIHA,
Inc.) Great Island Road
Bridge. Proposed mainte-
nance activities including
sealing cracks, replacing
stones, and replacing timber
shims on bridge abutments
in MOWA, and buffer zone to
salt marsh and coastal bank.
Notice of Intent
RJ Resorts Blue Water
Resort Owner LLC, 291 and
301 South Shore Drive.
Proposed installation of a
seasonal deck on a coastal
beach, NHESP estimated
and priority habitat, and
velocity flood zone.
Irene Holmes, 1 Parsonage
Point. Proposed wooden
walkway over existing foot-
path to Elisha's Pond in the
buffer zone of a BVW, inland
bank, bordering land
subject to flooding and
NHESP estimated and prior-
ity habitat.
The meeting will be held at
Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146
Route 28, South Yarmouth,
