I’m including the conditions from Conservation for approval of this event.
* All trash and firework debris must be picked up and properly disposed of immediately once this event concludes and checked again in the morning for any remaining debris. It is essential
that the cleanup take place immediately, so that debris is not washed or blown into the ocean or marshes. Please provide the contact information of those who will be completing this
clean up.
* No vehicles are allowed onto the beach except for emergency and fire department vehicles.
Please let me know if you have any questions and confirm the cleanup personnel.

The Fire Department always has a truck on the beach for safety and the Pyrotechnic Co. truck parks on the road to the breakwater and brings their equipment and shells down to the site.
Nothing is different then has taken place for all these years.
