PETITION# 5188: 24 Scallop Road, West Yarmouth
At its July 17th hearing, the Conservation Commission heard a Request for Determination
of Applicability for the proposed installation of a 384 sq ft shed within LSCSF. The
commission voted 6-0 approving a motion to issue a Negative 2 Determination: The work
described in the Request is within an area subject to jurisdiction under the Act, but will not
remove, fill, dredge, or alter the area. Therefore, said work does not require the filing of a
Notice of Intent. The Determination of Applicability was issued on 7/24/2025.
