It appeudag that notice of said bearing bas been given by se>ndiag notice thereof to the
petitioner and all those owners of property deemed by the Hoard to be affected thereby, and
tist public notice of such hearing having been given by publication in the Cape Cod Standard

.The Petitioner ��ss anted in evidence the plan designated Subdivision Plan of Land in South
Iarmaath, for '0; S. sad Isabel C. FarsJth. The plan involved was corked indicating
the lots that here to be used for this purpose.
It is noted that the ]and in question is coned industrial, and the sole question facing the Boar
wan whehber or not a steel or aluminum building could be erected. The buildings are of a
type that have been previously approved and are structurally sound.
The Petitioner also aWmitted plane showing the details of the building that would be erected.
The Hoard is of the opinion that the buildings substantially conform with the requiramwmta
of the Hailding Code and -meet all of the requiTemonta for structural strength, with the
emceptlon that they are constructed out of steel and/or alumimm.
Therefore, after considering the Petitioner's request and reviewing the plans, the Board
approves of the Petitioner's request.
Therefore,.the approval is granted in accordance with Petit#norfs request.
