Re: Withdrawal of Notice of Intent for SE 83-2479
Project: Camp Wingate Kirkland, Elisha’s Pond
Dear Ms. DiRienzo and Yarmouth Conservation Commissioners,
On behalf of Camp Wingate Kirkland, Crawford Land Management (CLM) is hereby
withdrawing without prejudice the Notice of Intent filed on 04/16/2025 for the proposed
aquatic management plan at Elisha’s Pond in Yarmouth, MA.
The Applicant intends to file a revised Notice of Intent for the project in the near future and
requests that the Commission roll over the previously paid filing fees to the new filing and
waive new application fees. The Applicant will pay any increases in fees in accordance with
the Commission’s Revised Fee Schedule, which became effective on June 20, 2025.
