Being LOT 85, containing 11,330 square feet of land, more or less, and as shown on a plan of
land entitled, "Subdivision in Yarmouth, Mass. being a subdivision on Lot 1 as shown on Land
Court Plan, 1969 Scale: 1" = 80', dated March 10, 1974, revised 4/28/74 Eldridge Surveying
Co., 33 North Main Street, South Yarmouth, Mass.", which said plan is recorded at the
Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 289, Page 49. See also Confirmation Plan of
Landin Yarmouth, Plan No. 38724-A (Sheet 12) recorded with said Registry of Deeds in Plan
Book 336, Page 56.
