Overall Remarks:
#63 Went through unit with owner Craig Lyon and tenant of 14
years Kathleen. All smoke detectors on the main floor had
been removed. Owner called his maintenance person to re-
install today and will send photos. Owner also made notes and
took photos of other issues during the inspection which I have
listed below Re-inspection scheduled in 2 weeks on 9/15. I was
unable to access 1 bedroom as it was locked due to a
roommate dispute. Garage has mattresses that requires
removal. Owner is going to provide a dumpster to help tenant
dispose of excess “stuff” left behind by previous roommates.
Basement is not to be used as a sleeping area.
