Inventory will be held for 45 days from date of Owners Signature. Once deposit is received, inventoy will be secured for the project. 2) Prepare, submit and complete all rebate applications. Facilitate all permitting, system interconnection, and acquire PE stamps as necessary. 3) Professionally prepare site, purchase and install a solar photovoltaic system (major components described under System Specifications) including all wiring, conduit, and disconnects to comply with the National Electric Code of 2023, and all app! icable State and Local building codes and laws. 4) Complete installation within 90 days of second payment and receipt of Utility Terms + Conditions, Schedule Z, Electric Bill, and building permit affidavit If applicable. 5) Commission and verify system is working to specifications. Educate owner about system operation and maintenance. 6) Provide warranties as follows from date of completion: Modules (panels) and inverters: 25 year equipment only. All workmanship.10 years. All labor on anything except Internet connections: 5 years. Internet equipment: 1 year. Internet labor: 6 months. All the preceeding apply except for acts of God beyond the control of the Service Provider. The Owner aerees 1) To make a NON REFUNDABLE deposit payment of $1,500 on gross cost of $24,419 prior to Cotuit Solar doing any permitting work. Cotult Solar may void this contract if the deposit is not received within 75 days of Owner's signature. 2) To make a second payment of $16,043 prior to installation. 3) To make a payment of $6,876 within 10 days of Permission To Operate from the utility. 4) That if you are taking out a loan, payments will be made per lenders disbursement schedule. $1,500 deposit due at signing w-ll be refunded upon payment in full of gross cost from lender. 5) To pay interest of 1.5% monthly on all overdue payments. 6) This contract does not cover costs for correcting any electrical or building code violations that exist prior to the installation, or for any upgrades required by uti I,ty for PV system Interconnection, or any structural upgrades required by the engineer. 7) That Installer may make a recommendation, but ultimately, It is the customers responsibility to determine if they should replace their roof prior to solar installation we are not a roofing contractor 9) That Installer is permitted to use photographs of solar installation including system size and town for marketing purposes. 9) That monitoring system production is owner's responsibility. 10) That online data monitoring portal requires internet connection. You will need to provide us with your will network name and password prior to installation. Arry Internet connectivity. equipment or communications have a 6 month warranty, after which only equipment warranties as offered by manufacturers apply Any time or materials required to fix or replace equipment or correct internet connectivity Issues are not covered by a labor warranty after 6 months. For best Internet connectivity, we suggest a direct wire to the onsite modem. Problematic internet set ups that could cause issues and cost you money are (but not limited to). Mesh networks, Apple modem and router products, and certain xfinity router and modems. 111 Provide clear physical access to work areas and to adhere to any agreed scheduling of work. Time spent clearing work areas, accommodating last minute schedule changes or having to return to a site due to access or scheduling :slues are subject to hourly billing at $80 /person hour. 12) System redesign due to changes In Building, Electrical or Fire codes, utility requirements. Department of Public Utilities or Massachusetts General Law may be subject to additional charges for redesign, engineering or application fees. Tax Credits and incentives are presented to the best of our knowledge, but are not guaranteed.
