I was contacted today by the t of oute 28 West Yarmou the Drift Away Spa
Trisha Campbell was concem er debris in the attic of her
unit. Upon viewing the attic, I share her concem and advise you that I consider this a fire
hazard. 527cMR I .06( I ) (A) specifies ". . .dangerous conditions which are liable to cause or
contribute to the spread of fire." Clearly the current conditions in the attic will contribute to
the spread ofa fire. Please clean out the attic as soon as possible. I will check with Ms.
campbell over the next few weeks to see ifthis has been accomplished. please contact me if
you have any questions. Thank You.
