We discussed the recent replaccmcnt of the oil burncr for Cape Grocerics and my subsoqucnt inspoction. During that inspection I am required to evaluate the attached oil tank. Itwas my observation that the tank may be approaching the end of its useful lifespan. As we discussed I based my assessment on the visible rust, lack of a stable foundation and sitting on a dirt floor. We iliscussed that I was hesitant to order you to replace these tanks if we coulil agree that they needed to be replaced and you were amenable to replacing them on a reasonable timetable. It was my understanding that you were in agreement on these points and understood the need and the hazards that might be created if they were not replaced. I Iook forsard to working with you to resolve the sifuation in the near future. Sl-. phe r,r K"p ), - M K I{",ltY LSL FlarY>rJ 6\ Broa\( ti r"e MA ozq Ll ('Lqot) 6tt- L4L - +01o 1,fl $'oilyrrv
