I have reviewed our files for the above property and found the following; No above
ground/below ground storage tanks. No leaks or spills. The neighboring propert!
(.l,ll) is currently a Hess gas station. There are two 10,000 gallon underground
storage tanks containing gasoline. Both tanks are fiberglass and were installed in
1996. No listings for any leaks or spills. Nothing else was found for neighboring
properties. Thank You.
