I have reviewed our records for the above property and found the following; No
listings ofany above ground/ below ground tanks, no spills or leaks' The
neighboring property l0l I Route 28 is currently a 7-ll mini mart' The property
wai pr"niou.ly a gas station. In February of 1967 three 5,050 steel underground
tanks were installed. These tanks held gasoline. The tanks were removed in
December of 1986. No leaks or spills were found. I found nothing else during thc
review of files.
