CONSERVATION
COMMISSION
The Yarmouth Conservation
Commission will conduct
public hearings pursuant to
the Massachusetts Wetland
Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131,
Section 40, and the Town of
Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw,
Chapter 143; on August 21,
2025, beginning at 5 p.m.
for the following matters:
Notice of Intent
Lance Willsey, 27 Aunt
Edith's Road. Proposed
installation of fiber roll,
repair of existing patio, and
relocation and expansion of
existing steps in riverfront
area, LSCSF, coastal bank,
coastal beach and the buffer
zone of a salt marsh.
The meeting will be held at
Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146
Route 28, South Yarmouth,
MA. More information can
be found within the posted
agenda on the town 's
website at
https://www.yarmouth.ma.0
s/AgendaCenter at least 48
hours in advance of the
meeting.
