The following Development of Regional Impact (DRI) hai been referredto the Cape Cod Commission under Section r3(a) ofthe Cape Cod Commission Act, c. 716 ofthe Actsof1989, as amended, and sections 3 and 7 ofthe DRI Enabling Regulations. This notice is beingpublished as required by Section 5 ofthe Cape Cod Commission Act.
