The applicant respectfully requests that a hearing bescheduled so as to pernit the applicant to request a variance
from the Town of Yarmouth Board of Health Stable Regulations.
Specifically, the applicant seeks (i) a variance frour thetwo hundred and fifty (250) foot setback from the high water narkof a shellfish area shown as uill Pond on the westerly side ofMiIl Lane, (ii) a variance of twenty (20) feet to forty (40) feetfrom the fifty (50) foot setback fron a highway as locus abutsuill Lane and llater Street, (iii) a variance of fifty (50) feetfron the one hundred (L00) foot setback from a dwelling and (iv)a variance of tr,renty (20) to thirty (30) feet fron the fifty (50)foot setback from easterly property 1ine, all as shown noreparticularly on the plan filed with this application.
It is intended that the property will be used for thekeeping and grazing of not more than six (6) beef cattle. It isintended that the nunber of animals will not be exceeded withoutfurther approval from the Board of Health.
