0n Monday, February 22, 1988, the Yarmouth Board of Health met to discuss the
foJ.lowing variance request from the Town Stable Regulation Section If,
Location B : Stable/Corraf area will be less than the required 50 feet fronan adjoi.ning property li,ne or street line. At this time, the motion forgranting a variance and stable permit was tabfed pending the submission ofaddi-tlonal infornation pertaining to the fenci-ng, containment of fowl,
drainage and manure storage.
The Board will readdress the above requests at their next meeting which is
schedul-ed for Monday, March 7, 1988, at 7:15 p.m. at the Yarmouth To !"'n Hal1

Gentlemen:
As per my telephone conversation with "Kathy", on this date, Mrs. Swart,
owner of the property on Mill Lane, is advanced in years and currently
residing in Florida. Beacause of this, she will not be able to attend the
Board of Health variance meeting scheduled for February 22nd. 1988. ln addition,
notice of this meeting was just received on 2-19-88 by Certified Mail.
l,lrs Swartts concerns are only that an odor problem doest not occur.
