Dear Attorney Murphy,
This letter is to inform you that you have been placed on the Board of Eealth
meeting of August 20, L990 at 8:00 p.m. at Yarmouth To\,in HaII lower .conference
room.
The purpose of the hearing is per your reqLrest for a stable variance for
Charles and Doreen Bilzekian at tot N2 on Assessors l{ap I08 \^,hich is on the
south corner of Mill Lane and WaEer street.
The requested variance is to allow not more than 6 beef cattle to use theproperly for grazing. There wiII be no stable located on the property. the
fol]owing variances are reguested from the town's stable regulation:
A variance from the required 25O' setback from the highwater mark of ashellfish area (Mi1I Pond on the westerly side of MiIL Lane). A variance
request of 19O' .
2) A variance from the reguired 5Or from a property line.a. A variance of 2O-4O' on the MilI Lane and Water Street side.b. A varj.ance of 25-35' on the easterly side (James Booth property).
3) A variance frorn the reguired 100' setback from a dwelLing (James Booth).
A variance of 5O'.
