Dear l4r- & Mrs. BiLezikian,
On Monday, March 71 1988 the Board of HealEh continued discussion
of your request for a stable application from the Boards meeting of
February 22t l9AA -
After review of the application and site plan submitted (revised 3/7/88)
by Tom Kelley, P.E./ the Board moved to approve the application with
the foflowing conditions:
1) Corral/fence area must be as shovm on submitted site pIan. A
variance was approved to all-ow the fence/corral area to be less than
the required 50 feet to the street l-ine of Mil-1 Lane and water Streets.
2) All sEabl-ing and rnaintaining of all animals must be as not.ed on
the site p1an, specifically, no animal-s on the south side of MilI
Lane and I'lat.er Street..
