Remarks: 8:45 am-9:15 am 72 degrees cloudy
The following observations were made(Action items are noted in bold italics):
-Formwork for the foundation walls and column piers is complete.The width of the formwork in both cases has
been done in accordance with the design drawings.
-Reinforcing steel placement for the foundation walls is also complete.The wall reinforcing consisted of 2-#5s top
and bottom as required. Corner bars were observed at all changes in wall direction and lap lengths met or
exceeded the required minimum(30"). Similarly,the pier reinforcement steel is complete and consisted of 8-0A8
bars with the horizontal ties at 12"on center as required by the design drawings.
-The anchor bolts required for the structural steel columns are also onsite.The size and length are in agreement
with the design and structural steel shop drawings.A plywood template has been provided with the anchor bolts
at the proper center to center dimensions.
-No deviations or omissions were observed.
-A concrete pour is scheduled for Monday morning.
