COMMISSION
The Yarmouth Conservation
Commission will conduct
public hearings pursuant to
the Massachusetts Wetland
Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131,
Section 40, and the Town of
Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw,
Chapter 143; on September
42 2025, beginning at 5 p.m.
for the following matters:
Notice of Intent
Eleanor Acheson, 170
Pleasant Street. Proposed
coastal stabilization expan-
sion with additional fiber
rolls in the riverfront area,
LSCSF, and coastal bank.
Josh Lyon TOY Golf, 635
West Yarmouth Road;
Bayberry Hills Golf Course.
Proposed herbicide treat-
ment of invasive and
nuisance vegetation within
three irrigation ponds in
land under water bodies.
Request to Amend an Order
of Conditions
SE83-2279 Eleanor Ache-
son, 162B Pleasant Street.
Reconstruction of pier,
coastal stabilization, and
beach nourishment.
Proposed amendment:
Coastal stabilization expan-
sion with additional fiber
rolls in the riverfront area,
LSCSF, and coastal bank

MA. More information can
